5:30 p.m. — Dinner is Served
Each week a different volunteer group prepares a healthy meal. This means you can come straight from your job, if necessary, and be assured of tasty fare. Although there is no set cost for the meal, for those who are able, we ask a fair price be left in the baskets on the table. Any money left in such a way is put into the ministries of the group providing the labor to prepare, serve, and clean-up.
6:00 p.m.–Handbell Practice
Handbells are open for anyone from middle-school age through senior adults. No matter your ability, come learn to make beautiful music to honor the Lord and enjoy the fellowship of others interested in the same.
6:00 p.m. — Kids’ Programs
There’s so much activity and fun, if you aren’t quick on your feet, you stand a chance of getting run over by some excited young disciple!
6:00 p.m. — Souled Out Youth Ministries
Students from grades 6-12 meet in the Upper Room for study, fellowship, service, or games. It’s a great way to meet others in Christ.
6:00 p.m. — Adult Studies
Study topics may change, but the love and support shown for one another during this hour is unparalleled. No matter the topic, the discussion is lively and the fellowship genuine. Expand your horizons on Wednesday evenings.
7:00 p.m. — Chancel Choir Practice
A cornerstone of the music ministries of First United Methodist Church, the Chancel Choir practices each Wednesday evening from 7:00 until 8:00. If you love to sing, join this lively team of adults to harmonize for the Lord.
